    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Leading the development of innovative features and architectural solutions in Insurtech industry.
    • Establishing and enforcing coding standards and best practices
    • Overseeing the identifications and resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of services
    • Continuously learning new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to field.
    • Manage and optimize the entire software development lifecycle, including deployment processes, configuration management, and production support.
    • Architecting and guiding the development of robust solutions leveraging full stack technologies including Cloud Provider and CI/CI pipelines, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
    • Collaborating to create and maintain automated testing processes to ensure thorough and efficient testing of software functionalities.
    • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans
    • Manage technical documentation, including system designs, API specifications, and development processes.
    • Leading and mentoring team members to build a winning team.
