Roles and Responsibilities
- Process, analyze, and interpret omics datasets using bioinformatics tools and pipelines
- Develop and optimize workflows for high-throughput data analysis
- Work with researchers to integrate multi-omics data for biological insights.
- Maintain and improve bioinformatics databases and software
- Prepare reports, visualizations, and publications
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor/Masters/PHD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
- Strong experience with NGS data, RNA-seq, WGS, or proteomics analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Tidyverse, Bash, and bioinformatics tools (e.g., STAR, GATK, DESeq2).
- Experience with cloud computing and HPC environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
