    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and implement statistical models (e.g., survival analysis, time series, Bayesian models) to support life sciences and R&D initiatives.
    • Drive formulation optimization using machine learning techniques.
    • Develop and deploy interactive RShiny dashboards and Python-based analytics tools.
    • Analyze and interpret sensory and instrumental data to inform scientific decisions.
    • Build and maintain scalable statistical computing platforms in R/Python.
    • Conduct real-world evidence (RWE) and database studies.
    • Engineer features and interpret ML models to derive actionable insights.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and domain experts to translate research into data solutions.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in biostatistics, data science, or ML application in life sciences or healthcare.
    • Exposure to research or industrial settings involving sensory data or formulation analytics is a plus.
    • Experience with statistical consulting or productization of ML/statistical models.
