Simelabs merges with Goodbits and Logiticks to form a newly merged entity.

Over the last two decades, technology has transformed major industries such as media, banking, and healthcare. In fact, Technology Pioneers, a project of the World Economic Forum that recently celebrated its 20th anniversary. This gives us insight into how emerging tech leaders have influenced and responded to these changes. Such notions clearly state that the productivity growth of a stable economy is mostly fueled by technology-enabled innovation. As artificial intelligence, advanced robotics, and cyber-physical systems take the digital revolution to the next level, technological change will continue to reshape growth. Hence, the technology industry will grow in importance as businesses realize that embracing technology leads to growth, which is why Simelabs decided to join forces with Goodbits and Logiticks as part of our consolidation. We believe this step will provide us the ability to aim persuasive contributions to international organizations searching for innovation advancement partners in India.

Hence, it is with immense pleasure we hope to offer combined solutions based on each company’s cutting-edge technological expertise. Simelabs along with Goodbits and Logiticks aims to provide a larger platform for clients, both old and new, by combining domain, technology, and versatility into a single package of solutions and products. Our ambition to develop a stronger brand identity in India that would respond to different customer needs across all major pillars of technology is being advanced with this consolidation. All three organisations will continue to use their brand identity, with Simelabs serving as the primary brand for future opportunities. The changes will go into effect at the start of the financial year 2022-23.

We hope this consolidation will serve as a model and inspiration for other technology service providers in Kerala.

What Simelabs plans to achieve through this step :

  • Expand research and development opportunities for increased capabilities on all ranges of core competencies. We at Simelabs strongly believe that capability isn’t always limited to a single department.
  • To gain a better distribution or marketing network and gain a competitive advantage for a larger market share. Simelabs has decided to expand into different markets and thus merge with the Goodbits and Finlead Logiticks. This distribution or marketing network is expected to provide all three entities with a larger customer experience in time.
  • Diversifying services by enhancing the existing services.  We believe, all three companies will be able to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace by combining their services through consolidation.
